End of the mobility

Before leaving the FME

At the end of your mobility, before leaving the FME, you must come to the Academic Office in person to pick up the Certificate of Attendance*. Check the Academic Office opening hours.

*Warning: Due to the current situation and the public health measures being taken, this document will be prepared online, and sent by email to the student.

Transcript of academic records

At the end of your mobility, we will be sending your transcript of academic records to your home university via email. The student will receive a copy of that email.

In some cases you will need to consider the following:

- For those of you who have taken courses in the Bachelor of Statistics, you should be aware that these courses usually start and end one or two weeks later than courses from the Bachelor in Mathematics. Evaluations take more time than the other courses at FME; therefore, if you depend on those to graduate, you will have to wait until all the grades are included in your record.

- For those of you who are only on mobility during the fall semester, your transcript will be sent between the end of January and the beginning of February.

- For those Bachelor students who are taking language courses or other activities, your qualifications might be delayed.

The ECTS grading system is applied in July. Therefore, the transcripts of academic records are processed right after the corresponding courses' evaluation is concluded.

Find further information in our Frequently Asked Questions site.

You can check the grading system in the Academic information page.
