Sporadic stay
Sporadic students are those who enroll in an official UPC master’s program and take less than 15 ECTS credits, with academic effects and out of any mobility programs or any agreements which establishes a free enrolment at the host university.
In addition, sporadic students must be enrolled in a master’s or PhD program at another Catalan or Spanish university.
Application procedure
Deliver the following documentation through our tool Demana (Select next type of procedure: Access – Sporadic Students), within the deadlines in the next calendar:
1. Application form: filled and signed by the home university and the student:
- Application to take courses from master's degree in Advanced Mathematics and Mathematical Engineering (MAMME)
- Application to take courses from master's degree in Statistics and Operations Research (MESIO)
2. Copy of Identity card / Passport
3. Copy of registration at home University
Enrolment prices and fees
The applied price per credit will be the corresponding to each master program, to which administrative fees will be added. The price for learning support services will be paid in a single school.
Visiting students won’t have to pay for any surcharge by repeating courses, nor will be subject to other exemptions and discounts established by the Generalitat de Catalunya.
