E 10 SUFFICIENT: performance meets the minimum criteria
FX -- MARGINAL FAIL: some work required before the credit can be awarded

*Warning: This calculation cannot be performed until all students have obtained their final mark; namely, once make-up examinations in July are finished. By the end of July, the final transcript of academic records shall be sent to the individual concerned and their home university
