Deadlines and procedures for the incoming exchange students at the FME
Course 2024-25
(*) Before initiating the admission process, please check with your mobility coordinator that there exists a bilateral agreement between your home institution and the FME. They will have to nominate you by sending an email to relacions.internacionals.fme@upc.edu.

Send all the Erasmus documentation | Autumn and Spring Semester: One week before your arrival by email | |
Updated transcript of academic records, signed and stamped. | ||
Insurance Responsible Statement for academic stays at UPC (filled and signed). | ||
Copy of European insurance card or International Insurance | ||
Erasmus credential or certificate of your Erasmus acceptance (*) | ||
Copy of the registration at your home university | ||
Complete your e-Secretaria data | ||
Fill in all of the compulsory fields in the 'My details' section | ||
Fill in the Data Protection consent in 'My details -> RGPD Authorisations' | ||
In-person visit to the FME International Mobility OfficeYou will be contacted two months before the beggining of the semester to give you an appointment. If you need to know in advance contact us by email. | Autumn and Spring Semester: One week before the beggining of classes | |

Courses modificationsCheck the 'During the Mobility' section to see how you need to request these changes. |
Adding courses: During the first two weeks of class Deleting courses: During the first four weeks of class |
(*) If you come under any other exchange programme, a similar document will be required.

(**) The ECTS grading system is applied in October
