Study grants and financial aid

You will find all the information about study grants at the Academic Management Service (in catalan). Applications must be submitted in the section "AUTOBECA" at the e-Secretaria.

Once you finish the application process you must print the form that has been generated, attach the necessary documentation and deliver it to the FME Secretary.
The new students that wish to apply for a grant must do it in the 5 following working days after registration.   

No grant application will be accepted if it has not been applied through the e‑secretaria.  

If you want to apply for a grant of the Ministry of Education, you must register a minimum number of credits depending on what studies you do.

If you can’t submit the application in due time,

  •   You will have to pay the registration fee;
  •   Then, after you receive the confirmation that you have been given the grant, you can go to the FME Secretary and fill in the form to claim your money back.


If you do not get the grant,

  •   But you believe that according to the regulations you fulfill all the necessary requirements to get it, you can submit a declaration through the FME secretary.
  • If the refusal is definitive, remember that you have only 5 working days to pay the registration fee.
