Reservation form

In order to make a reservation of any of the FME spaces, except for the research ones, you have to fill in the reservation form.

Classrooms, meeting rooms and catering spaces

The faculty has 13 rooms for lectures and 4 computer rooms. It also has various meeting rooms and a catering space suitable for formal ceremonies of congresses, seminars, thesis redings, etc.

Research spaces

There are 8 offices for visiting professors, two rooms for interns with a capacity of 4 and 8 persons respectively. In order to book any of these spaces you have to contact directly with the Resources and Services Office (reserva.espais.fme@upc.edu), detailing the information about the visiting professor: name, surname, home university, occupation time, booked space, etc.

In addition, there is a little meeting room with capacity for 8 persons with priority for the occupants of the various research spaces.
